IRMA recently concluded its summer placement for the 38th batch of its flagship Programme in Rural Management #PRM. The recruitment process for 171 students concluded within three days with IRMA's having received a total of 441 project offers. "This year's summer placement saw the participation of 122 organizations with a strong rural footprint across India. The highest stipend offered is INR 1.4 lakhs, while the average stipend stands at INR 40,000", says Internships Chair, Prof. Vivek Pandey.
The Development Internship Segment #DIS is designed to provide PRM participants with exposure to on-field realities and equip them with skills to solve real-life rural management problems.
