The Doctoral Colloquium on Management and Development (DOCMAD) aims to bring together scholars from different institutes of reputation. It provides opportunity to doctoral students to present their proposals or full paper and obtain valuable inputs, create an environment for exchange of ideas among peers and networking, and initiate discussion on issues related to management and development research.
