“Tribhuvan” Sahkari University (TSU)

The “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University has been established through the eponymous Act at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA).

The transformation of IRMA into the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University marks a significant milestone in India's cooperative education landscape. This evolution aims to strengthen the cooperative movement by providing specialized education, training, and research opportunities.

The “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University is envisioned to:

  • Provide education and training in the cooperative sector.
  • Undertake specialized research and development activities.
  • Offer degree programs, distance learning, and e-learning courses.
  • Develop Centres of Excellence in cooperative sectors
  • This transformation will open pathways for access to specialized programs in cooperative management, opportunities for research and fieldwork in rural development, with special emphasis on the cooperative sector, while enhancing career prospects in the cooperative sector for the nation’s youth.

In celebration of this historic transformation, we invite creative minds across the world to participate in an open logo design competition to design the official logo of the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University – a university rooted in cooperation, rural development, and innovation.

This is your chance to leave an indelible mark on the visual identity of an institution that has championed cooperative values, sustainable development, and rural transformation for over four decades.

Theme

Your logo should reflect the vision and values of “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University:

  • Legacy of Shri Tribhuvandas Patel
  • Cooperation and Collective Growth
  • Sustainability and Innovation
  • Knowledge, Empowerment, and Equity

Guidelines

1. Eligibility: Open to all – students, professionals, design enthusiasts, and the general public (not limited to Indian citizens).

2. Last Date of Submission: Midnight of 27 June 2025.

3. Submission Format:

  • A high-resolution JPEG/PNG image
  • Vector format (.ai/.svg/.eps) is mandatory
  • A brief concept note (maximum 200 words) explaining the logo design and why it best represents the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University.

4. Colour Scheme: Preferably a minimal palette that translates well in colour as well as black and white.

5. Originality: The submitted logo must be original and not violate any existing copyright or trademarks.

6. How to Submit: Submit your entry via email to: communicationsoffice@irma.ac.in with subject line "TSU Logo Design Submission – Your Name".

7. Awards & Recognition:

  • Winner: ₹50,000
  • First Runner-up: ₹30,000
  • Second Runner-up: ₹20,000.
  • Top 5 Finalists: Certificate of Appreciation + featured on official University social media handles.

The winning logo will become the official visual identity of “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University across all platforms.

Please note: All the Intellectual Property Rights and Copyrights over the top five selected logo designs will rest with the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University.
