Terms of Reference
There will be two parts of the proposal to be submitted, i.e., PART-A: "Techno-Commercial" and PART B: "Finance". PART-B would implicitly consider that all the aspects detailed in PART-A of the proposal is covered.
PART-A and PART-B should be submitted in separate sealed covers and super-scribed. Both PART-A and PART-B of the proposal should be dispatched in one cover super-scribed "EOI for Network Partners".
