MDPs/ Training Programmes

Overview

Management Development Programmes (MDPs) address the in-service training needs of the executives and managers working in affiliated sector organizations of IRMA including co-operatives, not-for-profit, and government and semi-government organizations engaged in rural development. IRMA believes that in the rapidly changing task environment, managers and executives of all such types of organizations are challenged by contemporary management issues.

Since its inception in 1981, IRMA has played a vital role in fulfilling this need of the rural sector through its tailor-made MDPs, both On-campus and Off-campus.
