Jayesh Pandey is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area. He is pursuing his PhD from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi (Thesis submitted) and holds an MBA from the Goa Institute of Management. His research focuses on meaningful work, knowledge behaviors, corporate social irresponsibility, ethical climate, and leadership in organizational contexts. His work has been published in reputed journals such as Journal of Global Information Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Technology Transfer and Management Decision.
Jayesh has over six years of industry experience in consulting, training & development, and academic leadership, having worked with organizations such as Career Launcher, Endeavor Careers, and Infosys. His research has been recognized with the Best Paper Award at IIM Lucknow’s Annual International Research Conference (2022), and he serves as a reviewer for several international journals including Journal of Organizational Effectiveness, Global Knowledge, Memory and Communication, and The Learning Organization. He actively bridges academic research with corporate practice through teaching, case writing, and management development programs.
