As soon as the fear approaches near, attack and destroy it. – Chanakya
The above quote from Chanakya finds its relevance throughout the world and more so in B-Schools, during Summer Internships and Placements. The dynamic nature of Placements has always perturbed students and has many a times left them restless and ambiguous around preparation. The solution however, hasn’t been to attack or destroy it, but a well-thought curated approach to get rid of the fear.
Chanakya owes its genesis to this need of the students, leading to its formation by PRM 39 in 2019.
The club has been much focused on its end goal, where through its various activities it aims at making students ready for their SIS and Placements. It uses a three-pronged strategy to achieve this.
Mission
Providing high quality and feedback-focused activities which will prepare, improve and enhance the potential of fellow IRMANs to excel in the Summer Internship Segments (SIS) and Final Placements.
Vision
To promote and continuously improve the activities related to the club’s Mission.
